first of all, let me introduce : my name is Natasa POLAKOVICOVA and I am owner of company IL MONDO, which is specializing in consulting services in Tourism, in a field of human recourses.

Our company offers and provides and runs :

for eleven years consulting services in STUDENT´S PROJECT for schools in Slovakia and hotels in Greece,
recruitment agency specializing on working positions in Tourism,
educational courses guides and representatives of travel agencies,
private lessons of English and Greek language.

What does it exactly mean STUDENT´S PROJECT?

Our services does not consist from finding schools only ( who are willing to cooperate with hotels ), and hotels only ( who are willing to have young professionals in their hotels ), but it includes whole package of services. We always put to use all abilities and knowledge in order to assist you in:

finding requested number of students for requested positions in hotel for summer practical training,
presenting hotel in schools and at website,
allocating students in order to cover individual needs of hotel,
preparing and signing the agreement of cooperation between hotel and schools and its official translation into Greek language ( on IL MONDO expense ),
obtaining all necessary documents needed for an official stay of Slovak students in Greece,
exclusive handling, booking and purchasing for the HOTEL the best economic flight tickets for students,
solving problems or obstacles that may occur during the stay of students in Greece, by having a member of IL MONDO team, from students arrival until their return to home country, in Greece by person.

Except this we provide assistance at the airport during students´ departure and arrival, we visit hotel once in a month in order to help with solving obstacles and problems, and make sure students are 18 years old ( latest on the day of their arrival to Greece), so there are no obstacles for their legal stay in Greece.

What makes difference, between us and our competitors, are following aspects :

we always make sure that stay of students in Greece is in compliance with all Greek and Slovak laws. There we will instruct you in details what, when and where must be arranged for students, for example AFM, IKA, AMKA.. etc,
we cooperate with high quality Slovak public schools which specialize in Tourism only, such as hotel academies and secondary vocational schools of business & customer services, with which we have exclusive contract of cooperation,
we have many satisfied cooperating hotels in Greece, mostly in Rodos, Crete and Kos,
we will presented your hotel at IL MONDO website,
we offer you translating services from English to Slovak language for free,
we offer you interpreting services from Greek to Slovak language during whole stay of students in the hotel ( 24 hours phone help line ) for free,
our cooperation will be very close : we will try to find right students for the right positions in your hotel. Therefore you make notes for us in STUDENTS REQUEST about requested working positions, arrival and departure dates, language knowledge and before we start a cooperation, we ask you for as many information as possible about hotel, so we can fulfill your request.
our cooperation will be flexible, for example until end of March you will get scanned student’s application forms, or you have an option to terminate students practical training after 2 weeks trial period, etc.,
we offer you and option to send pocket money ( salary ) to student’s Slovak bank account with SHA payment mode ( no need to waste time by opening bank account in Greece ).
